Shipping Policy
Surveillance Kits and other custom orders may take more than one business day to prepare for shipping. Ship rates will be automatically calculated when you place your order.
Freight companies which we use are Australia Post, DHL, Couriers Please & Australia Air Express. When you place an order, our system will estimate delivery charges by weight and size and the amount of the order.
CCTVAustralia accepts no liability for damaged or lost parcels whilst in transit. Liability of transfers goes to the customer once CCTVAustralia has forwarded the tracking details to you by email, in the event of a damaged or lost freight, the customer must forward all claims to the freight company.
When freight is delivered the courier company will attempt one delivery at your addressed location if there is an absence at the intended location then your product will be sent back to the company depot with a tracking slip submitted to your Post Box. You will then need to contact the freight company involved to arrange to either pick up the products from the Freight company depot or arrange re delivery.
CCTVAustralia operates between 9.00am & 5.30pm weekdays, orders are dispatched ASAP if the products are in stock, if the products are not is stock then CCTVAustralia will immediately advise the customer approximate wait of delivery.
